2. Information We Do NOT Collect

FastPrompter does not collect, transmit, or store:

• Scripts you create
• Videos you record
• Usage data or analytics
• Device information
• Location data
• Cookies or tracking identifiers
• Any other personal data

3. How Your Data is Stored

3.1. Local Storage

All scripts and app settings are stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to enable iCloud synchronization.

3.2. Video Storage

Videos you record are saved directly to your device's Photos library. FastPrompter does not maintain copies of your videos.

3.3. iCloud Synchronization (Optional)

If you choose to enable iCloud sync:

• Your scripts are stored in your personal iCloud account
• Data is encrypted by Apple's iCloud infrastructure
• We have no access to your iCloud data
• Synchronization follows Apple's privacy policies
• You can disable iCloud sync at any time in Settings

4. Third-Party Services

FastPrompter uses the following Apple services:

• iCloud: Optional synchronization of scripts (controlled by you)
• App Store: For app distribution and purchases

These services are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

5. Camera and Microphone Access

FastPrompter requires access to your device's camera and microphone to record videos. This access is:

• Only used when you actively record a video
• Never used in the background
• Controlled by iOS permissions (you can revoke at any time)
• All recordings stay on your device

6. Photo Library Access

FastPrompter requests access to your Photos library to save recorded videos. This permission:

• Is only used to save videos you record
• Does not read or access existing photos
• Can be controlled in iOS Settings

7. Children's Privacy

FastPrompter does not collect any information from users of any age. The app can be safely used by children under parental supervision.

8. Data Security

Since we don't collect or transmit your data:

• Your content is protected by your device's security
• iCloud data is protected by Apple's encryption
• There are no servers that could be breached
• Your privacy is protected by design

9. Your Rights and Choices

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: All your data is on your device
• Deletion: Delete scripts directly in the app, or uninstall to remove all data
• Export: Your videos are in your Photos library
• iCloud Sync: Enable or disable at any time in Settings

10. International Users

FastPrompter can be used worldwide. Since no data is transmitted to our servers, there are no cross-border data transfers to worry about.

11. Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top
• Notify you through the app or email if changes are significant
• Maintain our commitment to not collecting your data

• No data collection practices to report
