Welcome to FastPrompter. By using our application, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FastPrompter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any of these terms, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

FastPrompter is a teleprompter application with 4K video recording functionality. The service allows you to:

• Create, edit, and manage text scripts
• Use the teleprompter with auto-scrolling
• Record videos in 4K quality while reading your scripts
• Sync your scripts across devices via iCloud
• Store recorded videos locally on your device

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use FastPrompter for personal or commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

3.1. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the application
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Remove copyright notices or trademarks
• Use the application for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Resell or redistribute the application

4. User Content

4.1. Ownership

You retain all rights to the scripts you create and videos you record using FastPrompter. We do not claim ownership over your content.

4.2. Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you create and share through the application. You agree not to create or share content that:

• Is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Violates third-party intellectual property rights
• Contains viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Violates the privacy or rights of others

5. iCloud Synchronization

FastPrompter uses Apple's iCloud to sync your scripts across devices. By enabling this functionality:

• Your scripts will be stored in your personal iCloud space
• You are responsible for maintaining sufficient iCloud storage
• Synchronization follows Apple's terms and policies
• We do not have access to your data stored in iCloud

6. Payment and Refunds

6.1. Purchase

FastPrompter is a paid application with a one-time purchase. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store.

6.2. Refunds

All refund requests must be made directly to Apple through the App Store, in accordance with their refund policies.

7. Updates and Modifications

We may, at any time:

• Update the application with new features or fixes
• Modify or discontinue functionalities
• Update these Terms of Service

We will notify you of significant changes through the application or by email.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

FastPrompter is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that:

• The application will work without interruptions or errors
• All errors will be corrected
• The application will meet your specific needs
• The quality of recorded videos will be suitable for all uses

9. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for:

• Loss of data, scripts, or videos
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Issues related to iCloud storage
• Incompatibility with devices or systems

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the application.

11. Termination

13. General Provisions

13.1. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FastPrompter.

13.2. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

13.3. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver.
